To start lessons you will need a uk provisional driving the instructor will need to see (both parts of if it is the new photo id card type).

You will also take an eye be able to read a car number plate from about 5/6 car lengths away.

The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the car at any time even on the day of the practical test.

You must also inform the instructor of any medical problems that may affect you're driving in any way I.E.. you only have one eye or hay fever (some tablet's will send you to sleep). At the start of the course or before the next lesson. This does not mean that you will be unable to drive but you may have to get different medicine from the doctor.

If you need to cancel a lesson you must tell the instructor 24/48 hours before the lesson or sooner to be able to rebook for that week or next week or you maybe charged for that lost lesson space.

The instructor will normally give you as much notice as possible if they need to cancel, but if they are stuck on motorways or involved in an accident this may not be practical due to mobile phone laws .

The instructor has the right to re-arrange the lesson to a time and place convenient for both parties at very short notice due to circumstances beyond the control of the instructor I.e. Car breaks down, traffic accident, roadwork's etc

It is hereby expressly agreed that the contract for tuition is made solely between the instructor as principal and you the pupil.

Payment for lessons will be made at the star of the lesson or course.
